A customer called with no hot water. Their 20+ year old gas storage hot water system had failed. The tank had split and water was putting out the pilot. On the same day a new gas storage was installed ready for hot water that evening.
The customer wanted to give the 20+ year old bathroom a facelift. All fixtures in the bathroom where replaced and installed by Gateway Plumbing Gtoup.
A new downpipe was installed along side a new stormwater service. This homes roof water drainage system wasn't adequate and needed additional downpipes and draiange to protect the home.

A customer was in the process of completing landscaping in his backyard. To prevent his newly designed fire pit area from becoming flooded, a series of strip drains and pits were installed.
The old fire hose reel was leaking and heavily rusted. By supplying this new hose real it not only removed the eyesore but brought the installation upto the fire codes and practice.
An old outhouse cistern had failed. The cistern was 30+ years old with old galvanized and lead pipework. The toilet suite was upgraded and now complies with the Australian standards.
